活動规则 Event Rules ~
(1) 食物商家: 請將您有效/臨時的San Bernardino County Health Department食物銷售許可證/發票準備好並帶到當天活動現場。(公共衛生局要求) Food Vendors: Please bring your VALID/TFF permit/invoice of San Bernardino County Health Department with you to the site on the day of the event. (Required by Public Health Department)
(2) 請在報名後5個工作日後完成攤位付款,逾期不保留位置。Please complete your booth payment within 5 business days after registration, reservations expire on time.
(3) 攤位費用支付後,貴公司攤位位置才會正式確認,和在任何情況下均不予退款。Once booth fees have been paid, your booth spot will be confirmed, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
(4) 攤位號碼會在整體活動報名截至後,2026年9月份通知。Booth numbers will be announced in September 2026, following the close of general event registration.
(5) 清理: 商家有責任在離開前清除攤位區域內的所有垃圾和廢棄物。Cleanup: Vendors are responsible for removing all waste and trash from their booth area before departing.
(6) 發電機: 鼓勵商戶自備發電機。如使用發電機,必須配備A類、B類或C類滅火器 (消防局要求)。Power Generators: Vendors are encouraged to bring their own generators. If you use a generator, you must have a Class A, B, or C fire extinguisher on hand (Required by Fire Department).
(7) 烹調: 現場使用油脂烹調的食品商戶必須配備K類滅火器 (消防局要求)。Cooking: Food vendors cooking with grease on-site must have a Class K fire extinguisher. (Required by Fire Department).
(8) 帳篷: 自備帳篷的商家必須使用沙袋或重物固定帳篷 (消防局要求)。Tents: Vendors bringing their own tents must use sandbags or weights to secure them. ( Required by Fire Department).
(9) 購買“專享套餐”商家將擁有宣傳優先權,其他由奇諾崗華美協會自行分配和決定。Vendors who purchase the "Premium Package" will be granted priority promotional rights; all other matters shall be allocated and determined at the sole discretion of the Chinese American Association of Chino Hills.
(10) 奇諾崗華美協會擁有此活動最終解釋權。
Chinese American Association of Chino Hills reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.
