我們提供豐富多彩的文娛活動給各個年齡層，例如有乒乓球，歌唱，太極，瑜珈，繪畫，廣場舞，民族舞，排舞，架子鼓，爬山，義工等等多項有益身心的活動。
We provide a variety of recreational activities for people of all ages, such as table tennis, singing, Tai Chi, yoga, painting, square dance, folk dance, line dance, drums, hiking, volunteering and many other activities that are beneficial to the body and mind.
我們有專業的導師，用最細心的態度照顧每一位學員，讓大家精神煥發，廣交好友。
We have professional instructors who take care of every student with the most attentive attitude, making everyone feel refreshed and a good place to meet new new friends.

太極班 Taichi Class

The 13th Generation of Clan Chen Taichi Fist
傳承：陳氏太極拳第13代傳人
籍貫：遼寧
師承：胡紅星
簡介：陳式太極拳第十三代傳承人，師承陳式太極拳泰斗陳照奎之親傳弟子凌志安的傳承人胡紅星。
自2001年開始學習楊式太極拳，2015年開始師從胡紅星老師學習
陳式太極拳照奎架一路，二路，單刀和單劍。
2011年參加美國國際武術錦標賽太極拳比賽，獲四項第一，兩項第二，一項第三。
2014年參加美國全國武術錦標賽太極拳賽，獲八項第一名。
2014年參加美國加州雷霆門國際太極拳錦標賽，獲兩項第一名。

我們總部有寬大的場地讓你盡情施展球技，這裡既高手如雲，也有初試身手的朋友。適合任何年齡層和水平階段享用和切磋。週一至週七都開放，有不同的時間段選擇。歡迎加入和查詢時間。
Our headquarters has a large venue for you to fully display your table tennis skills! There are many experts here as well as beginners. It is suitable for all ages and levels to enjoy and compete. Open 7 days a week, with different time slots available. Welcome to join us and inquire about the time slots.
